FAQ1: Are the beeswax food wraps sticky?

Based on customer feedback, we have upgraded our beeswax wrap formulation to strike a balance between stickiness and usability. The wraps are designed to be sticky enough to adhere to surfaces, but not excessively so that they leave too much residue or stick to hands. They are suitable for use as a replacement for plastic wrap and have a lifespan of up to 12 months or more. Any initial stickiness will wear off over time with use. If you have concerns about the stickiness, please contact us for assistance.

FAQ2: What is causing the beeswax residue left on dishes?

When the wraps are new, there is a lot of "extra" all-natural coating, which wears off over time. To remove any residue on dishes, the dishwasher usually does the trick.

FAQ3: Do the wraps have a strong smell?

Our wraps have the least amount of natural scent from the beeswax coating. Unlike other brands that may have products with a heavy, unpleasant odor due to rancid wax or added artificial fragrances, our cloth only has a mild, natural beeswax scent that dissipates with use.
